The Highest Honor for a Grand Rapids Real Estate Agent

Michael Weitzman • Jun 06, 2015

Like any Grand Rapids real estate agent, of course I’m pleased whenever our agency wins an award or an honor. The Sprich Group has consistently been named to the top 10 in production for Keller Williams’s entire Michigan/Ohio region, and I admit I get a bump every time. However, in my experience, the highest honor for a Grand Rapids real estate agent doesn’t come as recognition from the agency, or from a new real estate designation. The most fulfilling reward for me, hands down, is a referral from a previous client.

Why is that? For every client I engage with, I work to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations. Once we have successfully worked together to buy or sell a home, and we shake hands and part ways, my client moves on to their own concerns and their own busy life. A referral from that satisfied customer tells me that something about The Sprich Group’s service went above and beyond.

I appreciate referrals (and testimonial s too) because I know it takes a little extra effort. Most people find that their friend or contact really appreciates being put in touch with a good real estate agent. People would rather do business with people they know (or know of) than with strangers. Quite often, your associate will be grateful for the recommendation, and even relieved – it can be tough to know the difference between one Grand Rapids real estate agent and the next! And your endorsement guarantees that they will get the best possible service. Whenever a new client tells me who referred them, I am even more motivated to make sure I earn that endorsement.

If you know of anyone who is either looking to buy a home or sell their home in the Grand Rapids area, I ask that you refer them to me. Here’s how:

  1. Email, text, or call me with their name and any other details you would like to provide. It’s always nice if you let your contact know that you’ll be putting us in touch; regardless, I’m careful about the person’s time and privacy when following up.
  2. Send your friend my email, phone number, or even web address, and tell them why you think we might be a good fit.

Satisfied clients are important to The Sprich Group, and we appreciate your confidence in us!
