Personal Service in Grand Rapids Real Estate

Michael Weitzman • Jun 08, 2013

You may have heard this week that the New York Hilton Mid
Town is doing away with room service. It’s probably not a big deal, unless
you’ve scheduled a trip to the Big Apple and were really looking forward to
some breakfast in bed. So why would a Grand Rapids real estate agent care about
this?

The speculation is that if Hilton is doing away with room
service, other hotels will soon follow suit. And if room service and other
amenities become a thing of the past, the level of service you can expect even
in the finest hotels is evolving to something less glamorous than it once was.
Perhaps it is not that surprising, if you look at what has happened to the
airline flying experience in the past few decades. And if you think about it,
you really have to look hard for good service these days in a number of fields.

At The Sprich Group, personal service is very personal to
us. It is key to our philosophy. Our clients deal directly with the agent they
selected. When you hire Tom Sprich and The Sprich Group, you get Tom, not a
buyer’s agent or an assistant. When you have questions, you can call me and talk
to me directly, not to an office assistant. My cell phone is on from 7 a.m. to 11
p.m. And I communicate daily with my clients with feedback on showings, listing
activity, updates for buyers on new listings that become available that day,
and all sorts of important information.

You may not be able to get room service at the New York
Hilton any more, but you can find a Grand Rapids real estate agent offering
great service if you choose. I pride my business on my communication and
personal service. The Sprich Group has been in the top 10% of Keller Williams
agents for 12 years consecutively, on our own. We are not a “mega”
agent group. When you choose The Sprich
Group, you get one-on-one service with the agent you hired. So, if you need to
buy or sell your home, call The Sprich Group at 616-485-0952 and deal with Tom
Sprich only! The Sprich Group – “different by design.”
