I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the wonderful East Grand Rapids real estate service you gave us in sale of our home on Burchard in East Grand Rapids and the purchase of the new home on Griggs in Grand Rapids.
After 23 years in the home on Burchard in East Grand Rapids , the decision to downsize was a difficult one. Your patients, understanding and vast knowledge of the market helped get us through. Because we purchased the new home prior to even listing the old one, we were a bit uneasy with the prospect of owning two homes for an extended time. Your advice in both timing and prepping the home for a sale was on the mark! Several showings the day the home hit the market and multiple offers the second day was totally unexpected. Selling the home so quickly and at over full price, really took the pressure off. The way you conducted yourself when issues came up was commendable.
